About two years ago, I shifted much of my personal growth and focus to the design of digital products. As Global Manager for Customer Experience at Caterpillar, my goal was to champion digital customer experience (as opposed to service design at the dealership level or industrial design within the various product groups).  

With this in mind, I began assembling a UI/UX team, opened an office in downtown San Francisco, and enlisted the help of IDEO where I embedded for nearly a year in order to reimagine UX at Caterpillar. While I led each aspect of these projects, some of the final deliverables are shown with credits to my talented team members.
